-- During Lindenville presentation, biotech was mentioned as the driving force for housing in the Downtown/Lindenville (So. Linden/Colma Creek/Railroad) area with higher density housing plans in close proximity to Downtown, San Bruno BART, So Spruce, and Hwy 101. 

-- During El Camino Real presentation, focus is on moving vehicles along ECR. Greater consideration taken of height limits and space in between high rise buildings (neighboring residents opposed high rise buildings due to causing "stress/anxiety").
