I’ve been in communication with city. Keep Cypress park and green areas, improve for community use.  Keep high rises out of already dense area that is rich with historical and culture value, unique to Old Town and in outskirts of SSF (for safety and emergency situations - ambulances). Since most likely, proposed high rise buildings would be to meet biotech employee housing needs, I truly believe East 101 employers have the means to support their employees with transportation to/from mass transit centers (example, Genentech shuttle buses) and quite unfair to believe Old Town has the capacity to exclusively and unjustly meet all of the housing needs stemming from East 101. Old Town has a lot to lose, beginning with its rich historical value and charm!!
