Eliminate panhandling in N. Scottsdale AZ

The Issue

I would like to clean up the streets of transients in our area. To help create a crime and drug free safe area for the kids elderly and residents who want to enjoy a active lifestyle. Free of the pressures of the transients panhandling and uncomfortable situations they put the community in. This will help keep the parks and children much safer and create a better overall apperance for the community.
