Petition presented to City Council

I presented the petition to the City Council yesterday. They patiently heard what I had to say and were very sympathetic to the cause. This was clearly not the first time someone had raised this issue at the City Council meeting. An informative discussion followed and we ended with an action item for me to petition the King County Council. I will post more information about what I learned at the meeting over the next couple of days and we can then determine next steps. Thanks for your support everyone!
