What is a veteran? Is it a soldier, a person in the air force, someone fighting in the marines? That's not what they are to us. They are freedom fighters, answering the call of duty, responding to our prayers, and most importantly that they help fight for our country, the United States of America.

Many veterans that return from the service return in hopes of attending college in order to begin the road on their career path choice. One of the obstacles they encounter is lack of student veteran housing which is non existent and is truly needed today. Our veterans have truly sacrificed themselves to take care of us and now is the time to return the favor.

SLAM Development believes that giving veterans temporary housing with reasonable pricing along with a very modern advanced style of living while they go to school is something they truly deserve. After returning from a very dangerous/hazardous environment fighting for our country, a lot of veterans come back home looking to go to school however they have no where to go. For this reason, we want to give back and transform this property into their dream homes while they attend school and build their retirement instead of having them come back home to pure struggle and eventually on welfare. 

SLAM Development INC. is currently attempting to acquire a property in the City of Riverside,CA that would definitely help our veterans tremendously! Not only would this property provide Student Veteran Housing thats affordable, it would motivate them to focus 100% in their education while having a beautiful welcoming place to live with their fellow peers. Having the support from the community will help this acquisition move forward and most importantly, truly help the Veterans of the United States of America transition to the civilian life easily and comfortably without bringing any stress upon their lives.
