Don't let safety concerns be ignored!

We have reached 3,000 signatures, and despite what others may say, the vast majority are from the QCA! Our community is voicing their concerns and want the people involved know, safety will not be compromised.

Mark Wyatt from the Iowa Bicycle Coalition has recommended we use the OurStreet app for any run ins with the reroute in concern. Check out his Facebook post for more information.

As for collaboration, Mayor Bawden and local bike club leaders have agreed, hard numbers on how many people use the connection is important to coming up with a solution. So stay tuned for information regarding this. 

But nonetheless, we must stay vigilant into protecting the publics safety visiting and passing through Riverdale using the local trails. 

So what can you do? Share this petition, tag your friends in it that may use this connection, let them know of the concerns of this reroute, and how to report it. We are in this together to prevent a tragedy.
