It's been a long road full of twists and turns, but we have finally arrived in a sensible place. The city of Paso Robles has done an incredible job listening to all sides and we could not be more proud to be part of this community. The new ordinance adds language to the zoning regulations that help control short term rentals without banning them. The city will revisit yearly and amend this ordinance in three years. This gives them enough time to gather some real data, all whilst having enough teeth to regulate the sector. Well done, Paso Robles!
