Today, Thursday 12/16, we are now heading into our third appearance at the Superior Court having been granted a continuance in order to compensate for the City's hindrance of our getting the necessary records on time. We have also filed an amended petition this time due to all that has transpired since our original petition was written and signed back in early October (ie: additional City Council meetings). We are going one step at a time but if we do not prevail on Dec. 16 we will then decide whether or not to take the case to the 6th District Appellate Court.  If you can attend, the hearing time is 9 am. Our ribbons and tributes were removed yesterday from our mighty Elm. Please bring new ones and we can keep raising awareness of the value of our urban forest!
