In following the theme of naming the streets around the Canadian Tire Centre after Ottawa Senators Legends such as Cyclone Taylor Boulevard, Frank Nighbor Place, Frank Finnigan Way and Silver Sevens Road, it would be a great idea to honour the longest reigning captain of the modern day Ottawa Senators by updating the name of Palladium Drive to Alfredsson Way as well as changing the address of the arena to 1111.

Daniel Alfredsson, the all time leading scorer of the team, has been instrumental in mental health awareness with the Royal Ottawa Hospital as well as various children's charities throughout the community.
