There many pets surrendered or neglected because the owners can't provide basic care. It's not that people should not get a pet if they can't afford it, situations can change. There are a group of vets, technicians, and others who are volunteering there time and services to help pets in our community. We feel that the city should acknowledge this good deed and commit to offer assistance. Please sign this petition to let the city know pets lives matter too.
