On June 7, 2017,  a 2 year old girl fell into one of many ditches in Queensborough landing. She drowned and died... Its not the first time a child has fell into one of these ditches in front of almost every house. When walking my own children home, I fear the ditch to one side and am watchful of cars on the other side. I think its about time, we fill these ditches and build some sidewalks. Safe streets are needed!. - Please City of New Westminster, fill these dangerous ditches and replace with sidewalks to avoid another unnecessary tragedy in an area heavily populated with families with young children.
