Fire Extinguisher Being Placed In Police Cars

I am starting this petition because of the incident that happened to a close friend, 32-year-old Latashia Taylor. Latashia was a passenger in the car at the time of the accident. Witnesses say the car was on fire and they weren’t able to get her out. Police were on the scene....Taylor was pronounced dead on arrival once the paramedics and firefighters cut her out of the vehicle. Prior to cutting Taylor out there were people trying to help get Taylor's boyfriend and child out of the vehicle. The child is ok and the boyfriend is in critical condition. I know that you have to have certain types of training to fight fires but however, if a police officer pulled onto the scene of a car accident with a small fire and until the fire department responds, I think each or half of Memphis Police Department should have fire extinguishers in their vehicles to be able to help save citizens lives until the Memphis Fire Dept make it on the scene. The city of Memphis lost someone that played a very positive roll with multiple promoters and events in the mid-south. Latashia was a very sweet and positive woman and this situation could have possibly been prevented if MPD had fire extinguishers in their vehicles. Please share this petition so that our request can be granted. Too many lives are being lost all around the world and if we can come together to help prevent some of the deaths from occurring, let's do it! PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION #LONGLIVETASHATAYLOR
