BIG MEDIA EXPOSURE TODAY. Herald Sun, ABC Breakfast radio and The Australian newspaper

The petition has had BIG media exposure today from the Herald sun (Page 13 of the print edition, The Australian newspaper and ABC Breakfast radio (Sammy J show) at 7am.
Also Channel 7 news were at Yarraville station this morning speaking with local Yarraville residents and are spending the day in the village following developments as they happen.
We have been alerted to the fact that the Mayor of Maribyrnong city council Michael Clarke has disclosed that they are apparently now instructing council to now remove the polka dots - under the immense pressure from the media coverage and clear public safety risks. As this has not yet been an official statement from council - the petition will be still advocate for the dots to be removed until an official statement or confirmation of this action is issued either from council or through media - and/or the dots physically being removed.
