Restoring DIGNITY, PRIDE, SELF CONFIDENCE & SELF ESTEEM to re-enter present day society, seek permanent housing, employment, counseling, healing, deliverance, recovery of life skills etc! YES! OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS THE REFRESH SPOT! WE NEED MORE VIABLE HYGIENIC CENTERS, like 'THE REFRESH SPOT', TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY! DESIGNED WITH THE SKID ROW  COMMUNITY IN MIND! 'THE REFRESH SPOT'  IS AN EFFECTIVE, MOST SUCCESSFUL and PRACTICAL ARCHETYPE / PROTOTYPE FOR OTHER HYGIENIC CENTERS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY & ABROAD! THE SKID ROW IMPROVEMENT COALITION - acting in the best interest of & on behalf of the SKID ROW COMMUNITY is seeking to acquire the VACANT UNOCCUPIED CHURCH located at  606 East 6th STREET for this purpose!
