This petition is to request City Council to remove City Manager Alex Henderson from employment by the city. In light of the recent animal abuse and biohazard widely reported in the news it has become apparent that the City has ignored this and other serious violations over a decade. Many communications shared with the media and City Council show a long history of Mr. Henderson blatantly ignoring these major issues while engaging in tit for tat with a vocal minority in this town harassing them over whether weeds were over 6” inches tall while animals and humans were being abused and left to live in absolute filth. Mr. Henderson has demonstrated that his priorities are not with the people of Kingsburg and he treats us as his subjects not his constituents. This is a formal request to the City of Kingsburg City Council to remove Mr. Henderson from employment immediately and begin a process to replace him with someone more in tune with our town.
