At the peak of the Housing Market Crisis the City Of Hayward is making us and many other residents move out of our perfectly good condition home when they can give us a chance to buy but they want to force us out at the worst time possible only to let developers buy the properties and completely demolish the area and redevelop it which is going to take years.  They don’t care that many of us have nowhere to move to! Let alone the Bay Area rental market is ridiculously difficult to get a home right now due to a shortage of homes in the market. We want to get the chance to buy our homes like some of our neighbors were able to!
