Court date

So we never heard back from the city after they said they would submit information to their attorney and then call us back (by last Tuesday). We spoke to our attorney office today and the court date had been postponed until the end of October to allow them more time for research. I suppose this allows more time for the kids to be with their girls before we hear any decisions...
