City of Eastvale wants to approve more HIGH-DENSITY housing amidst neighboring CHINO PRESERVE living out nightmarish increase in crimes. High-density by it's very nature means higher propensity to have greater needs for calls in service, but now crimes are increasing as well. Despite the builder calling these luxury apartments and townhomes and residents reporting leases up to $4100 per month, Chino PD is receiving more and more calls daily. Calls for drugs, intoxication, domestic abuse, and even child neglect.
