Time and time again, Mr. Olson has stepped outside his role as chief custodian of Michigan's natural resources, and acted as the hapless puppet of Penske and Decker of the Detroit Grand Prix group. No environmental impact study. No concern for the interests of the residents of Detroit. Just a public servant who has lost his way with dollar signs obscuring his vision.
