DELTA COUNCIL IS BLOCKING MY VOICE — AND YOURS

I’m a Delta property owner. I tried TWICE (Oct 12 & Nov 7) to speak at Monday’s Council meeting about a MANDATORY provincial law they’re ignoring:

Section 113.1 requires a Code of Conduct Bylaw (enforceable rules for councillors).
Delta has only a policy — no teeth, no accountability.
They refuse to publish reasons (also required by law).

My delegation requests? IGNORED.
Now demanding Zoom access by 9 AM today.

This isn’t just about me — it’s about YOUR right to hold Council accountable.
