BC-ALTA Developments and Platinum Key Properties Group continue to jeopardize your park!!

They have recently resubmitted a NEW proposal which continues to violate multiple sections of our community plan by building high rise structures which threaten the ecology of our beloved park.

This is in direct violation of dozens of policies set out by the City of Colwood's own OCP (Official Community Plan)
