Melkbosstrand is surrounded by natural habitat and is still considered a small, intimate and unique town by the beach. By developing more complexes, buildings, office blocks, shopping malls and housing units it ruins Melkbosstrand's uniqueness and ruins the habitat. 

There was a open house forum  for this building plan on 18th July in Melkbosstrand country club which seemed to go really well! I, along with others, want to try get as many signed petitions against this plan as possible.
