Thank you for all of the signatures so far and the comments that have been written.  Taking a few moments to write about your personal experience with this crosswalk is a great way to show that this was not an isolated incident.  I have contacted and received a response from Council Member Ulysees O. Wingo Sr., the council member for the Masten District and a proponent of the School Zone Safety Program.  I plan on calling his office tomorrow, to set up a time to discuss the matter further.  He seems very receptive to this initiative and wants this as well.  Please keep sharing, so he has a long list of signatures to present to his other council members!  Thanks again!
