Stephen F. Austin was a proponent of Slavery.  He put in a law that gave settlers land for bringing slaves with them to Texas.  Austin is a progressive City so let's dump this name associated with WHITE SUPREMACY and go back to the original name of Waterloo, Texas.  This will free the City's diverse community from the burden of a name associated with the horrors of Slavery.
