I support the Clayburn Village Heritage Conservation Area, established in 1996 to preserve and protect the historical village of CLAYBURN, BC's First Company Town, established in 1905. 

In 2016, the City of Abbotsford changed the Official Community Plan (OCP) to allow developers to subdivide the Clayburn Village Conservation Area. 

I DO NOT SUPPORT the application of the subdivision of 34776 Clayburn Road.

"View northwest along Clayburn Road showing the brickworks on the north side of the road and management housing and the store on the south side. The company and village were founded in 1905 after John Charles Maclure discovered good quality fireclay on Sumas Mountain. Inscription on the back reads "The original Clayburn plant c. 1912-1915".
