Keene City council loaded with support for Lisa Parrish along with her attorney Mike Rogers! After a pathetic talk from the mayor stating that he did not understand how this review of special use permits elevated to such intensity culminating in this vote tonight, the council voted unanimously to grant Lisa permission to continue her child care business without further reviews by the city!
