In a major victory for you and other supporters of this petition, the City of Miami’s Planning & Zoning Advisory Board has endorsed our proposal to limit the square footage of new homes in Coconut Grove to 50% of the lot size. But it won’t become law unless approved this fall by the City Commission. And anything can happen.
