The Henry County Board of Commissioners will take the final vote on a county-wide Data Center Ordinance built into the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) tonight:

👉 SHARE so more Henry County residents know this vote is happening. This ordinance will govern where and how data centers may be built in unincorporated Henry County (areas outside city limits). IMPORTANT: At the same meeting, commissioners will adopt the new Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) — the rules that regulate how development is built in unincorporated Henry County. The ULDC is a comprehensive, single document that integrates a county’s zoning, subdivision, and land development regulations. It acts as the primary legal guide for land use in unincorporated areas, controlling where buildings go, development density, environmental protection, and infrastructure requirements.
