Update #1

After many conversations with the city and county, the recipient of this petition has been updated. Signature notification will now go directly to Montana Nelson Concrete, but if the need arises they can also be presented to local decision makers or TCEQ. Keep signing, but make sure you have also made your comments official with TCEQ.
