Unabatted retaliatory violence continues in Manipur without any reported efforts to prevent or stop it from the Govt.  While a coalition of valley-based people's organization have begin to raised questions if the central government treats the people in Manipur, as equal citizens of India. Central Govt has deployed around 70,000 paramilitary forces over the nine months while retailiatory violence continue to take heavy toll on the lives of the people.
