End Your Support of Factory Farmed Eggs

The Issue

With over 750 locations in more than 30 countries, Cinnabon is one of America’s leading restaurant chains.  The ubiquitous dessert shop can be found across the country in our nation’s shopping malls, airports, and other venues.  While Cinnabon doesn’t shy away from their status as The Ultimate Indulgence, they are keeping their consumers in the dark about one big, ugly secret. Cinnabon sources their eggs from cruel, unsafe, unsustainable battery-cage farms.

With each cage no wider than an iPad, packed with multiple birds, battery cage farms are hell on earth for the innocent hens that lay eggs for Cinnabon. This outdated agricultural practice is so barbaric that it is already illegal in several US states and the entire European Union.  Many leading food companies are also moving away from battery-cage eggs, including Compass Group, Aramark, Burger King, and even Walmart.

While the rest of the industry is moving in one direction, Cinnabon remains committed to sourcing their eggs from battery-cage farms - supporting unnecessary cruelty to animals, as well as endangering the health of our families and our country. We have reached out to Cinnabon about their controversial egg sourcing, but they have refused to open a dialogue with us. This is why we need you.

Please sign our petition and let Cinnabon know that consumers will not tolerate their use of battery-cage eggs. It’s time for the leadership at Cinnabon to accept social responsibility and end their support of factory farms.
