For us, it has been a long and difficult journey where it seems we learned the rules of the game right after we lost the game. I thought it was interesting because through all of the petitions and appeals, I have never been able to speak with anyone at CIGNA regarding my daughter. I have always been re-routed to a third party who cannot give me any information except what they are directed to give. We hope that you will continue to support us and hopefully we can eventually make a change.
