Thank you for signing the petition calling for a Full Investigation into the tragic death of my son Brandon Ellingson at the hands of the Missouri Water Patrol. There has been considerable behind the scenes activity over the last couple of months as the investigation into Brandon's death was re-opened. Several discrepancies were noted in Officer Piercy's account of Brandon's tragic death and we had hoped we were close to achieving justice. Sadly there have been some setbacks over recent days that have delayed the investigation. However we are confident that justice will eventually prevail for my son.
