A 12 pump WAWA gas station with convenience store, chic-Fil- A fast food and Marriott Hotel are just some of the commercial development that will replace these majestic trees, and impose acres of impervious ground cover, dangerously close to Ocean Townships wetlands and Poplar Brook, bringing toxic run off into the Atlantic Ocean 1.5 miles away from this site.
