112 High Street Cowes floods

The premises earmarked for the Costa Coffee shop is a level 3 flood risk zone. This was the flood in February 2014. The rear of the property is also a tidal flood risk. Sewage seeped into the carpet of 112 High Street and the premises had to close. This is not great for a food service establishment.
