Recently, Spartanburg County has tried to classify our track as going against Section 3.10, which does not allow motor speed ways or testing dirt track Facilities. I would like to point out we are not a motor speedway or testing track. We are a recreational facility open to the community, especially the kids. It is a safe environment for outdoor enthusiast to come train; keeping them off the public roads and trails. According to http://www.thestate.com/news/state/south-carolina/article13841270.html#storylink=cpy “The latest U.S. figures indicate that ATV crashes kill more than 700 people and injure 100,000 every year, with nearly two-thirds of the fatal accidents occurring on public roads.” Please help us show Spartanburg County that this outdated ordinance does not pertain to Club Mole Creek Mx.
