To introduce myself: I'm the aunt of these wonderful girls and the sister of this "lioness-mother".
According to the decision of Higher Regional Court Hamm/Nordrhein Westphalia in Germany, two girls have to go to their father in France, against their will and to someone, they do not know. The government office for youth welfare, the school and the psychologist warn expressly about it. Their opinion is, the wellfare of the children is extremely threatened.
The children didn't get heard by court.
We are demanding the safety of the children’s welfare and to stop the direct enforcement. Moreover we are demanding the hearing of the children.
The children are fine together with their mother. They shouldn`t change their environment where they feel save and comfortable. All actions, which are against the will of the children should damage their well beings. They have the right for a life without violence, which is guaranteed next to the mother.
Names and pictures of the children will not be published in this petition to protect their personal rights.

Since 2015 (for about 5 years now), A. (Age of 9 years) and D. (Age of 7 years) are living together with their mother, Stefanie Braunagel, in Minden (Westphalia), Germany. Here they visited Kindergarten and also started school. A. is looking forward to changing to high school soon, D. is visiting the 2nd class of primary school. Both have got hobbies and a loving, stable and caring social environment.
They were born in France. After the separation of their parents in 2013, the children lived in two households for 1.5 years, the mother’s and the father’s. This situation has been particularly tough for the children and onerous for the mother, because the father proved himself as an unreliable one. Whenever he had the opportunity, he aggressively shouted at her (also in presence of the children), agreements have been ignored, financial duties were only partly done. The only conclusion could be, that he did not seem to be interested in the well-being of the children, rather just taking revenge against the mother was the one and only ambition.
Harrassments, insults, stalking, verbal threats and aggressive handling overs, were followed by behavioural disorders of the children who tried more and more to defend themselves and escape the handling overs. In order to protect her children, and with no other choice given, the mother escaped to Germany in 2015.
In summer 2016 private investigators, sent by the father, figured out, where the mother and her children were staying. He sent an application for the return of the children to France. The court rejected it arguing that“…the return to France could eventually cause a mental damage.“.
Because of above mentioned trial, the father came to Germany in 2016. The government office for youth welfare gave him the opportunity to meet the children. Ever since that single meeting, the father showed no more initiative to get in contact with the children – in spite of the offer of the government office for youth welfare, together with the mother’s approval, which guaranteed a permanent contact with the children.
In 2018 the father got the whole costedy in France. The application of the mother to negotiate the costedy in Germany was ignored. The decision was held in absence of the mother and without hearing the children. The appeal was refused.
Now, in the end of 2019, exists the decision of the court, to give the children back to their father, without their will and with direct force of the bailiff accompanied by the police and the government office for youth welfare. The plan of the father is, to send the children in a psychiatric clinic although they are healthy, which was recently confirmed by a german psychiatrist. Apart from that, they do not talk french and they got no close person in France to rely on.
