Petition updatePray everyday in October for 4,000 Yazidi woman captured by ISIS
Are we in this for the long haul? Read away.

Hey friends! Thank you to those of you that have supported this campaign to remind the world of the faces and names of those captured... sadly only ONE of the narratives happening throughout Syria and Iraq right now (among other places).
Three things today, right now, to do. These are most important, please help us.
1. Pray today for the over 4,000 women captured. Most of them saw their neighbors, sons, husbands, and brothers killed in front of them. Pray and hurt with them.
2. Read this article. It's SUPER LONG. I almost quit twice thinking "I got the gist of it". Honor the stories, the horror, going on by reading a longish article today.

And then...
3. Share. Do you friends know about this? Does your church? Ask them to read about what's happening (point them to the short NPR article on the petition page) and join the petition to pray. Can you imagine, 4,000 people getting involved and praying every day? From there, we can figure out how to give, speak out, and act on our prayers.
Thank you so much! Let hope rise and darkness tremble in Your holy light.
