Problem
The Oversight and Scrutiny Management Board (OSMB) of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) switches off the webcast when debating their response to the request to review a petition.

This NEEDS TO STOP.

This is in complete contradiction to what it states on the Rotherham Council webcast page that there is a:

“commitment to making Rotherham Council as transparent and accessible as possible”


Solution
Make sure the webcast is on when debating the response to the request to review a petition.
