A few moments ago, Cobb County Schools posted a you tube video on their twitter site of Ragsdale addressing a group of teachers, essentially giving them a pep talk and promoting his $8.1 million CTLS virtual learning system. Only those teachers tagged in the video are allowed to comment on it on twitter, and Cobb Co Schools neglected to post it on other social media sites. We have heard prolific speculation from reliable sources that Ragsdale purchased the $8.1 million system from a pal, despite the county's $64 million budget deficit. Ragsdale chooses to speak to a small crowd of sycophant teachers not wanting to do their jobs while promoting this CTLS system for monetary gain without answering a single phone call or email from the tens of thousands of parents who pay his $350,000 salary with our tax dollars.
