Save the Orcas in the Puget Sound!

The Issue

The southern resident orcas are decreasing in numbers at an alarming rate. There has not been a new calf born in 3 years. They are plummeting to extinction due to shortage of salmon, their main food source, water pollution, and noise harassment from whale watching boats. We need to protect their natural habitat. The National Marine Fisheries Service is violating the Endangered Species Act and the Administrative Procedure Act by not revising and expanding the southern resident killer whale habitat within a reasonable time.
