For decades the State of New Jersey has been fighting a losing battle trying to keep Off Road Vehicles off of environmentaly sensitive areas. The Public, from all sides, agree that the best way to protect these sensitive areas is to provide legal state owned areas for these activities. Please support amending NJ Title 39 to give the Park Service the ability to provide appropriate areas for all activities.
