To deeply and effectively stop animal abusing in china, not only Yulin festival, is to make constitution law to protect animals pets like cats and dogs. Make solid laws to say it is illegal to hurt cats and dogs, it is illegal to hurt them. Such way will effectively stop Yulin festivals, people will end up in jails if they eat cats and dogs or if they hurt cats and dogs they will also end up in jails. So many stray cats and dogs are abused in horrible conditions then transfered in horrible condition then brutally killed, just because there is no such a law to protect these animals.

Please we must raise voices to make animal protection laws in China!!!! for cats and dogs!!!!! it will stop the yulin festival, also greatly stop animal cats abusing.
