For months, these defenseless dogs endured unimaginable suffering on an icy roadside, exposed to frigid winds and constant danger. Their cries went unheard as local authorities failed to take action. Thankfully, the suffering has finally come to an end—they have been rescued. A tip-off from a concerned citizen in Chuncheon exposed this shocking case of neglect, where a small dog was found tightly chained with no shelter, surrounded by rotting scraps of food. Despite repeated reports, authorities did nothing, leaving the animals to suffer. 

It was only when CARE (Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth) stepped in that the dogs were saved. We need your help to support their recovery.
