With Janshatabdi train initiated between Dehradun and Kathgodam from 27 August 2018 and existing highway from Nazibabad to Kashipur being upgraded to 8-lane, is there really any need to construct highway right from the core of Corbett park !

Both these transportation would reduce journey time by 1 hour and 2 hour respectively and we all know, reducing journey time by 2 hours is the only reason for constructing Kandi highway which would be endangering wildlife of Corbett Park.

One more reason to scrap Kandi road for ever....
