Dear Valued Supporters, Friends and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

In this 3 years old petition with change.org, many references have been made to Realty Cheat King Pin Unitech and obviously for reasons.

2 of their MD's in Jail for 2 years, numerous court hearings, forensic reports etc etc , our Honourable Apex Court (Supreme Court of India) has finally issued an order for Govt take over of Unitech besides some other cheat builders showing insolvency after siphoning off all home buyers money and life time savings. We all thank Supreme Court for the same.

Honourable CJI..as already mentioned in an open letter by Unitech All India Buyers and FD holders association, such a scam could not happen without collusion of corrupt greedy State Govt Officials(Unitech threw largesse on these shameless characters) and bankers who authorised loans for projects where even the EDC/IDC charges were not conveniently paid...in other words illegal properties and complete cheating. We plead for justice and seek life time imprisonments for this cheat family and all the laundered money brought back to support compensating home buyers for playing with their hard earned money for decades. Such harsh should be the treatment that others must get paralysed thinking of frauds and cheating .We hope corrupt Jail Officials withdraw all facilities to these economic terrorists in Jail and compley with SC orders.

To our Honourable Prime Minister and Union Finance Minister, please now act upon the same and end this euthenasia for hundreds of thousands trapped and mauled people.
