Sounds like music to jaded ears coming from India's top realty cheat co-several others but clearly Unitech is head and shoulders over competition. We only hope Feb 2018 date does not extend further as a procrastination tactic-after alll this co is all about cheating, siphoning off home buyers money , laundering it abroad through their myriad complex subsidiary co structure and bribing the politicians and corrupt bureaucracy to stay afloat and build big commercial complexes and earn huge rentals at our cost and lives. We all remain much thankful and obliged to Chief Justice of india and our reverred Supreme Court which is finally catching up with these cheat rogues in India.
