Dear Friends and Supporters, The clipping attached really amazes the world-one hand the promoters are in jail, have siphoned off all home buyers money and left 17000 families in the lurch and failing time and again to take any concrete steps towards revival and their reputation/track record has gone down the drain with no one willing to extend any support to them and on the other hand they have the audacity to challenge a Central Govt decision to take over the co. It is after a lot of thoughts and realising the severity of the implications that Govt amd Ministry of Corporate Affairs headed by Mr Arun Jaitley has stepped in for public interest-this is the second such case after the Satyam take over by Govt following big cheating which is now a Mahindra Co. Our Honourable Supreme Court and Chief Justice of india Mr Dipak Misra already realised this months back. Really it is amazing that your and my money is being used by Unitech to hire lawyers and try to procrastinate as much as possible. Personally, I have had the experience of meeting Mr Ajay Chandra(one of UL MD) several times in meetings with other association colleagues and they guy is a complete glib liar who has the audacity to take a call on speaker phone to prove to us that money is coming and construction will start soon. It is really disgusting but SC is fair and wishes to hear them out. Tomorrow is the hearing at CJI's court and we are very hopeful that our honoured Supreme Court and CJI will support us cheated hapless buyers. Let this be the biggest case study in cheating in realty markets in India and let the world be aware.
