NGT issues Notice to MoEF, Delhi Govt, DMICDC and SEIAA

Dear Friends! We had filed the petition matter before the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal Principal Bench at New Delhi to seek relief. Today the Hon'ble NGT has issued notice to MoEF, Delhi Govt, DMICDC and SEIAA to file a reply within one week and next date of hearing is 11th December 2017. We are hopeful that Hon'ble NGT will compassionately consider the issue of grave concern and will issue guidelines/directions for benefit of environmental cause.
