Ten days of silence

Since the generous invitation to present the petition at the May 28 meeting of the Board of Health, I have used the only email address to which the public has access (e.meneray@publichealthgreybruce.on.ca) to formally request permission to present the petition, and then to request directions regarding making a presentation, as well as reminder emails and I have received not a peep in return. It seems odd that the only way to contact a public board is through the office of the man at the centre of this controversy, Dr. Arra. Are all our letters, updates, queries, opinions and concerns actually getting past the office of the MOH and forwarded on to the Board itself? One wonders.

Tips for success:

• Include other email addresses when contacting the Board starting with: spaterson@hanover.ca (Chair)
• Send a copy to each publicly elected member of the public board (see link to the board below)
• Include a request to "please confirm receipt" in the BODY of the letter
